Decades in the shop finally took the front face off this drill press — and the part had been discontinued long before. We rebuilt an exact match, then finished it in a sharp new red at the owner’s request.
Years of weather had left this O’Day Day Sailer II plaque chipped and warped. We traced the original lettering, cleaned up the geometry, and printed a fresh remake that looks right at home on the hull again.
The mounting tabs on this Arctic Cat rear cover had snapped after heavy use outdoors. We rebuilt the shape for a proper seal, restored the fit, and added a little character with custom text on the finished part.
After more than fifty years of service, this lock split apart — and replacements were long gone. We reverse-engineered it from the broken pieces and built a stronger version ready for another few decades of door duty.
